Bob Morenz grew up in Tulsa where he graduated from Eastwood Baptist High School before working in the Ornamental Iron and Access Control Systems for 35 years.

His career before real estate included working in and operating a family business which specialized in decorative ornamental iron and in the automated gates and access control field; and more recently as a Nationwide Sales Representative of pre-engineered metal buildings. These experiences taught Bob the ability to problem solve in complex situations. He developed communication and customer service skills which he brings to his real estate business today. “Cultivating customer relationships through customer service has been a thread throughout my entire career,” Bob says. “I am fortunate enough to have customer relationships that span multiple generations in a given family.”

No newcomer to real estate, Bob has helped his wife, also a Chinowth & Cohen Realtor, in her real estate business for over 15 years. He is familiar with residential and vacant land listings in The Greater Tulsa area in addition to Skiatook, where he lives. He is dedicated to his clients’ real estate transaction and says, “Never miss an opportunity to provide better service than your competition does!” 

When not selling real estate, Bob enjoys spending time with his family camping and boating at the lake.
